Aniston settles topless pics lawsuit

Jennifer Aniston has settled a lawsuit with the photographer who shot topless photos of the actress late last year.

“It’s a confidential settlement,” Aniston’s lawyer, Jay Lavely, said. “The matter was amicably resolved.”
