Banned Caprice uses US licence to take to road

California-born model Caprice Bourret got behind the wheel of a car just days after she was banned from driving.

The 34-year-old was ordered to stop driving for 12 months by a London court last Friday, after she was found guilty of drink-driving.

However, Bourret has already driven a car since the hearing - in Ibiza, where she is allowed to use her US licence.

Her agent Jonathan Lipman explains: "Before she went we took legal advice from our lawyer and Highbury Magistrates Court."
