Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has criticised fellow musicians Bono and Bob Geldof for involving themselves in politics.

The Start Me Up rocker refuses to get mixed up in high-profile causes like Bono and Geldof, because he thinks their efforts don't make any difference.
