Cowell: 'Hasselhoff will return to Talent'
Simon Cowell is convinced David Hasselhoff will return for a second series of his TV show America's Got Talent, despite his vow to only judge one season.
The former Baywatch star joined former British tabloid editor Piers Morgan and R&B singer/actress Brandy Norwood on the panel of the talent show, which ended on Thursday.
Last month, Hasselhoff told Newsweek magazine: "This is not my cup of tea. I signed on for one season, and Simon Cowell conned me into it: 'Here's a lot of money,' and it's like The Gong Show.'"
However, Cowell is convinced Hasselhoff will stay after the success of the first series.
Cowell tells the New York Post newspaper: "I like this panel, I think they're going to get more interesting. It's all about personality on these panels. You don't want to put serious people on them."
