Stones cancel Spanish concert
The Rolling Stones cancelled a Spanish concert today in the northern city of Valladolid because Mick Jagger is suffering from laryngitis.
Carmen Carnero, a spokeswoman for the show’s promoter said the concert was not likely to be rescheduled.
The group had sold 37,000 tickets for today’s appearance at the Zorilla soccer stadium, she added.
However, the band has still not cancelled another concert in El Ejido, southern Spain, scheduled for Wednesday.
