Stan Lee holding out for a hero

Legendary comic creator Stan Lee is offering wannabe superheroes the chance to see their ideas come to life.

Contestants on Sci-Fi Channel's 'Who Wants To Be A Superhero?' are battling to feature in a strip published by Marvel Comics and have their original characters appear in a movie.

Spiderman genius Lee, 83, can't wait for a new hero, but admits he's too content with his own life to crave any superhuman powers for himself.

"I would just like to be able to keep doing what I'm doing and let it all be as much fun as it is, really," said the comic book icon.
