Cher sells off personal items

Pop veteran Cher is auctioning off 700 personal items - including costumes, jewellery and even her own bed - in a bid to raise more than $1m (€780,000) for charity.

The 60-year-old star will kick off the glitzy sale on October 3 with the help of auction giant Sotheby's and Julien's Auctions.
