Saw Doctors to play free open-air concert in Galway

Galway band the Saw Doctors are playing a free open air concert in the city's Eyre Square today.

Businesses in the area are giving money towards the staging of the gig, while the band members themselves are also contributing funds.

It is hoped that the concert will give a boost to Eyre Square after it's long and controversial revamp.
