Miller's publicist dresses up to dupe the press

Sienna Miller's look-a-like public relations guru is moonlighting as the actress' doppelganger in efforts to dupe the paparazzi who hound her client.

British PR queen Ciara Parkes reportedly dresses just like Miller on occasion in an effort to draw photographers away from the movie star when she's keen to spend some quality time alone or with friends.

American magazine In Touch claims the loyal publicist and Miller dressed up in pink cowboy hats and matching Hawaiian shirts to puzzle snappers recently.

While the paparazzi followed Parkes - thinking she was Miller - the actress enjoyed a day out with her Camille co-star James Franco.
