Spears wins apology for marriage allegations

Britney Spears has won an apology from National Enquirer magazine, after the publication claimed her marriage to Kevin Federline was over.

The Toxic singer, who did not ask for damages, was said to be about to divorce Federline in the Enquirer's Irish and British editions last month.
