Kylie: My cancer battle is not over

Singer Kylie Minogue insists her battle with breast cancer isn't over, claiming it will take her a long time to completely recover.

The star has been given the all-clear and is already rescheduling the Showgirls tour she was forced to cancel when she was diagnosed with the disease last year.
