Chest pains scare for Corrie star

Coronation Street star Bruce Jones was rushed to hospital after collapsing while filming in the Rovers Return, an ITV spokeswoman said today.

The 53-year-old veteran actor, who plays layabout Les Battersby in the hit ITV1 show, suffered chest pains while performing a scene at the Granada studios yesterday morning.
