Either Big Brother newcomer Susie or wannabe pop star Aisleyne will be put to the public vote tomorrow – but instead of eviction, they face being moved to another house next door.
In one of the latest twists in the Channel 4 show, the housemate that gets the most votes will join five mystery housemates next door instead of being voted off the show as normal. The other nominated housemate will, as usual, remain in the main house.
The housemates are supposed to be unaware of the plan, but according to the Daily Star the game is already up.
Accusing the show of being a “fix”, it cites a comment made by Lea during a bedroom conversation as proof that the housemates know what is up.
Lea is reported by the newspaper as saying: “One of you is going this week - but you are going into another house.”
But a Big Brother spokeswoman dismissed the claim the show was fixed, insisting the housemates were unaware of the plan for a second house.
She said: “They don’t know anything about a secret house or new housemates. They are just speculating amongst themselves that something is up because they know what Big Brother is like.”
Aisleyne, 27, and Susie, 43, are up for the public vote after both received five votes from their fellow contestants.
Yesterday Welsh beauty queen Imogen won the housemates a £224 (€324.50) luxury food budget after duping her fellow housemates into abandoning the Tank Task.
The task involved the housemates having to use their bodies to plug holes in a large tank of milk for 48 hours.
If the milk dropped below a certain level they would fail the task, which they began on Tuesday, and miss out on their luxury shopping budget.
Only Imogen knew there was a twist – that they would only pass the task if they failed it.
Imogen was the “saboteur” whose aim was to persuade her fellow housemates to abandon the task, without letting on that she was in fact trying to help them.
The housemates took it in turns to use their hands to plug the holes in the milk tank, but when Imogen’s turn came she was unable to plug one of the holes properly and a steady stream of milk seeped out.
By 5.10am yesterday she had persuaded newcomer Susie, who she was plugging the holes in the tank with, to give up the task – to the bemusement of the other housemates.
Later Big Brother revealed the truth and said the housemates had passed the test, to the delight of Imogen.
She said: “Yesterday I was s****** it, I thought I couldn’t do it.”
She added: “I thought everyone would turn against me.”
