Photographer held after Jolie son pictures attempt

A paparazzi photographer has been arrested for allegedly trespassing while trying to photograph Angelina Jolie’s adopted son.

Photographer Clint Brewer, 25, was attempting to take pictures of four-year-old Maddox at a day-care centre in California, publicist Cindy Guagenti said.

Brewer was seen taking pictures while hiding in bushes when security detained him and the centre’s owner made a citizen’s arrest, a police spokesman said.

Police arrested Brewer on suspicion of trespassing and took him to the Malibu sheriff’s station, where he was being held on $1,000 (€795) bail.

Jolie, Brad Pitt and their children returned to Malibu two weeks ago after Jolie, 31, gave birth to daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia last month.

The couple have two older children, 18-month-old Zahara who was adopted from Ethiopia, and Maddox, adopted from Cambodia.

Both Maddox and Zahara’s surnames were legally changed to Jolie-Pitt after Pitt, 42, announced his intention to adopt the children.
