Anthony in snapper scuffle

Marc Anthony was at the centre of a paparazzi scuffle last week, as he shoved over-eager snappers away from his wife Jennifer Lopez.

The irate star yelled at photographers to keep their distance outside the Women in Film Awards in Century City, California, but exploded as one pushed him out of the way to get closer to the Maid In Manhattan actress.

Lopez, who was hailed for her charity work at the event, had briefly stopped for a photo with co-host Nicola Maramotti.

A source tells the New York Daily News: "One photographer shoved Marc as he was trying to break through the crowd to get the photo.

"Marc fumed: 'Don't ever push me again, and step back! Step back away from them'. He physically shoved one guy back."
