Actress Mia Farrow insists her return to acting will not interfere with her efforts as goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

The 51-year-old star, who suffered from polio as a child, now campaigns to fight the disease in developing countries such as Sudan.
