Townshend: I could outrock Stripes

He might be knocking on a bit (61 at the last count), but Pete Townshend reckons he could still give rock duo The White Stripes a run for their money.

Townshend, veteran star of the 60s band, The Who, told Relix magazine: “I could probably outdo the White Stripes with a guitar and a f****** drum machine.”
