Jackson custody appeal dismissed

Pop superstar Michael Jackson is not allowed full custody of his children, a US court has ruled.

The Thriller hitmaker was hoping to appeal ex-wife Debbie Rowe's right to parental responsibilities, which she dramatically won back in February after signing them away five years ago.
