Networks reject Cattrall comedy

US TV networks have rejected a sitcom executively produced by Elton John and starring former 'Sex And The City' star Kim Cattrall.

The show, 'Him and Us', was to have followed the life of a gay rock star and his entourage. The character Max Flash would have been based on a mix of various flamboyant musicians including Elton.
