Alanis: 'I'm still unstable'

Canadian star Alanis Morissette is still unable to banish her demons even though she has found the man of her dreams, insisting it can be "healing and horrifying all at once".

The Jagged Little Pill singer has calmed down since settling with Ryan Reynolds, but she is adamant her tortured persona still has plenty to feed off.

She says: "Fiancéed, yes; stable, no. Anyone who is in a committed relationship will attest to the fact it's not the easiest path to choose.

"It's not made me calm. I find it exhilarating, challenging, healing and horrifying all at once."
