Aniston tired of TV

Jennifer Aniston had vowed never to return to television acting after branding it "gruelling" and repetitive.

Aniston starred in hit sitcom Friends for 10 years as the ditzy Rachel Green, earning thousands of dollars an episode.

But the actress, although grateful for her massive career boost, became sick of the tight schedules.

She tells film magazine Hotdog: "Episodic television is gruelling and it was years and years of the same thing.

"I really don't think (I'd ever go back to television), and not just because I'm above it, but because I really don't think I could ever top that experience".
