Animated group Gorillaz have won more accolades for their technological talents, picking up a Webby Award alongside the likes of networking website MySpace.com and internet co-inventor Dr Robert Kahn.

Animated group Gorillaz have won more accolades for their technological talents, picking up a Webby Award alongside the likes of networking website MySpace.com and internet co-inventor Dr Robert Kahn.

The band, created by Blur frontman Damon Albarn and animator Jamie Hewlett, were named Webby Artist Of The Year ahead of a prize-giving ceremony in New York City on June 12.
