Pop star Ashlee Simpson is recovering after undergoing cosmetic surgery on her nose.

The Pieces Of Me singer, 21, had a rhinoplasty operation on April 21 in a Los Angeles clinic, after returning from Sydney, Australia, where she hosted the MTV Australian Video Music Awards (AVMAs).
