Jagger's a 'funny guy'
Mick Jagger has been praised as a "smart, funny guy" by the producer of a sitcom in which he is to appear.
The singer makes a cameo appearance in a pilot for the show which has working title of 'Let's Rob Mick Jagger'.
Producer Rob Burnett says: "He did a lot of ad-libbing. Some of the funniest stuff in the pilot came from him."
The Rolling Stones frontman filmed scenes for the pilot of the ABC show in Auckland, New Zealand, during a break in the band's world tour.
In the pilot, due to air in the US later this year, the janitor of a New York apartment building decides to rob Mick Jagger's penthouse. If it is successful and picked up by ABC, the rocker is expected to appear regularly, although not in every episode.
