Feast of rock on way for music fans
Rock fans will be flocking to the RDS in June, after confirmation that Guns N' Roses and Metallica will both play there only two days apart.
The gigs are both part of Download 2006 Festival. Guns N’ Roses will play with special guests Bullet For My Valentine and To My Surprise on June 9.
Metallica will play on June 11 with special guests Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Alice in Chains, Bloodsimple and Ten Years.
Tickets for Download Festival 2006 are on sale now and available from Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
