Spelling divorce to be finalised

Actress Tori Spelling and husband Charlie Shanian are almost officially divorced, according to court papers.

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star separated from Shanian in September last year, after he filed for divorce after only 14 months of marriage.

Spelling, who is starring in VH1 reality show So NotoriousS, announced her engagement to actor Dean McDermott in December.

Her divorce will be finalised on April 20, after which she will be free to marry McDermott, who finished divorce proceedings with his wife of 12 years, Mary Jo Eustace, earlier this year.
