Child welfare officials visit Britney and Kevin

Britney Spears was visited by child welfare officials and a sheriff’s deputy after her baby accidentally fell and hit his head while being taken from his high chair, according to reports.

People magazine said six-month-old Sean Preston slipped from his nanny’s arms as she was lifting him from the seat. The magazine said something in the chair snapped.
