Bocelli to play in Galway in the summer

Galway City Council have announced that Andrea Bocelli will play at Pearse Stadium, Galway on Saturday, July 1, 2006.

Mr Bocelli will be supported by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Marcella Rota.

He will also have a choir and a baritone in addition to the soprano.

Tickets, priced at €155, €105, and €55, go on sale on Wednesday, April 19 from Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
