Sutherland in multimillion 24 deal

He’s played a bad guy on the big screen many times, but it seems playing goodie Jack Bauer on television’s 24 is Keifer Sutherland’s greatest role.

The actor has been signed up for three more seasons of the hit real-time show and is apparently due to be paid $40m (€33m) for the privilege. The 39-year-old actor will become the highest-paid actor in a drama series as a result.
