Pitt eyes vineyard
Brad Pitt is planning to buy a vineyard outside Turin, Italy - a short distance from his pal George Clooney's Lake Como pad.
The Ocean's Twelve star, who is currently preparing for the birth of his first child with girlfriend Angelina Jolie, has already been viewing potential properties in Serralunga, rural Italy.
And after a secret stay at the formerly royal residence Fontanafredda, Pitt showed an interest in two of the vineyards on the grand estate.
Monica Tavella, a spokeswoman for the estate, says: "Brad's visit was kept very secret, and only a handful of people knew that he was staying with us.
"He stayed over a weekend which is usually quiet, so he was able to see the vineyard and the cellars where the wine is aged.
"He was very interested in the whole process of wine-making, right from the vine to the bottle, and he was also very knowledgeable. He seemed to be interested in buying."
