Jackson workers sent home over lack of pay
Michael Jackson’s magical palace Neverland is finally to get a dose of the real world.
Workers on the estate have been sent home, after the California Department Of Industrial Relations determined that Jacko’s workers’ compensation insurance had lapsed. Handymen and the rest of the team were told to remain at home while Jackson took care of his financial obligations.
Some of them were loyal to their master and remained despite the lack of pay, but it appears that the protracted child molestation trial took its toll on Jackson’s bank account.
