Zeta-Jones takes real-life restaurant job

Imagine popping out for dinner and having Catherine Zeta Jones whip up your meal.

The Welsh movie star went undercover in a New York restaurant for a week to get in training for a part as a chef in the romance film Mostly Martha.

“She’s been doing a lot in the kitchen, sauteing and cutting,” said chef Michael White of Manhattan’s Fiamma eatery.

He told People magazine: “She’s a great garnisher, drizzling oil and balsamic on plates. She does a nice job.”

Zeta Jones even spent an evening at the front of the house as a waitress. “A few people said to her: ‘You look so much like Catherine Zeta-Jones,’ and she said: ‘Oh, I get that all the time.’”
