Michael Jackson is happy in his new life in the Middle East – and is doing 300 push-ups a day, according to his brother Jermaine.

The superstar has been living a reclusive existence in Bahrain, where he is a guest of the king’s son, since leaving the US for the Gulf island after being cleared of child sex abuse charges last year.
