Work keeps Elton and Furnish apart

'Newlywed' singer Elton John has barely seen his partner David Furnish since their high-profile civil partnership ceremony last year.

The flamboyant rocker, 58, and Canadian film-maker, 43, dated for 12 years before their ceremony in Windsor, England, in December - the same day same-sex partnerships became legal in Britain.
