Blondie star movie debut released

Just out from Tartan, Union City (€21.99) is probably best remembered as singer Debbie Harry’s first film, but she hardly registers in Mark Reichert’s thriller.

An angry accountant (Dennis Lipscomb) takes his revenge on a milk bottle thief and is then aided in the cover up by his gorgeous wife Lillian (Harry).

The action moves along at a slow pace, but holds your interest. There’s an introduction by Reichert, some deleted scenes and Harry’s screen test.
