Director Richard Curtis has disappointed fans of cult British TV show Blackadder, by insisting the comedy's stars are too successful in their own right to ever want to make another series.

Director Richard Curtis has disappointed fans of cult British TV show Blackadder, by insisting the comedy's stars are too successful in their own right to ever want to make another series.

Curtis always hoped to reunite the cast after airing final season Blackadder Goes Forth in 1989, but to no avail.
