A judge granted a request Thursday by actress Angelina Jolie to change the names of her two adopted children to reflect that actor Brad Pitt intends to become their adoptive father.

A judge granted a request Thursday by actress Angelina Jolie to change the names of her two adopted children to reflect that actor Brad Pitt intends to become their adoptive father.

Neither Jolie nor Pitt attended the hearing.
