Brown and Kaiser Chiefs confirmed for Green Energy Festival

Ian Brown and the Kaiser Chiefs have been confirmed to play Dublin Castle as part of the Heineken Green Energy Festival 2006.

Ian Brown will play on Sunday April 30 with the Kaiser Chiefs playing the following day.

Ian Brown recently released The Greatest, a collection of seminal moments of his career including the classic F.E.A.R., Dolphins Were Monkeys, My Star and 2004's Keep What Ya Got with Noel Gallagher.

As for the Kaiser Chiefs, they have a new album coming out this year to follow on from their debut album 'Employment'.

Dublin's Republic of Loose have been confirmed as support to Ian Brown on the night.

Winners of the Meteor “Hope For 2004” award, Republic of Loose dominated the airwaves in the Summer of 2005 with their massive Summer anthem “Come Back Girl”.
