Housemates braced for next BB eviction
Celebrities in the Big Brother house were today bracing themselves for the next round of nominations, following Jodie Marsh’s exit on Friday.
A second celebrity will be leaving the Big Brother house tomorrow, with Dead or Alive singer Pete Burns favourite to go.
The vote comes as birthday boy Preston and fake celebrity Chantelle, 22, deny to their housemates that there is anything between them.
But former Baywatch star Traci Bingham, 37, told Chantelle: “When you’re around each other it’s so cute.”
Ordinary Boys singer Preston, who turned 24 yesterday, told former FA secretary Faria Alam: “It’s just turned into something when it’s nothing.”
When Pete told the group he wanted to quit the show, Preston asked him: “When you leave can you go see my girlfriend and explain?”
He added: “I just think she’s lovely. Not in a way like that. I think she’s adorable, like a little doll.
“I was going to say I just want to play with her. But not like that. I just want to play with her like a little baby.
“She’s adorable. I just wanna grab her cheeks and go whooooooo.”
He added: “I think last night I was a bit p***ed. I do like her … I get really touchy-feely when I drink.
“No, I’m not going to let this be a big thing. I’m not worried.”
He told Chantelle: “I think we were smooching a bit yesterday.”
But she replied: “What? No, we weren’t. Preston, we didn’t kiss at all. Nothing happened.”
Bookmakers William Hill make Pete the favourite to go at 2-1, followed by Dennis Rodman (3-1) and Michael Barrymore (5-1).
Spokesman Rupert Adams said: “Pete has been rude to everyone while Dennis has done nothing and Michael has appeared unstable.”
