Lindsay Lohan in hospital after asmatha attack

Movie actress Lindsay Lohan is being treated at a Miami hospital for an asthma attack, her publicist said.

“She is resting comfortably,” spokeswoman Leslie Sloane Zelnick said.

The 19-year-old actress-pop star was in Miami to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

She reportedly was admitted to the hospital on Monday night, according to People magazine.

Lohan is set to begin shooting Chapter 27, a film about John Lennon’s killer, Mark David Chapman, in two weeks, People reported.

Jared Leto will star as Chapman.

Lennon was shot dead outside his New York apartment building on December 8, 1980.

Lohan’s screen credits include roles in Herbie: Fully Loaded, The Parent Trap and Mean Girls. She recently released her album, A Little More Personal (Raw).
