Witherspoon snapper arrest warrant

The photographer who allegedly hit a child with his camera while clambering to snap actress Reese Witherspoon has been issued with an arrest warrant for failing to attend a bail hearing.

Paparazzo Todd Wallace was arrested by police in September after he reportedly attacked staff at Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim as they tried to keep him away from Witherspoon and stop him from taking pictures of her daughter AVA.
