X Factor winner Shayne eyes Christmas number one

Heart-throb Shayne Ward could be heading towards a Christmas number one after millions voted him the winner of ITV1’s talent show The X Factor.

The 21-year-old from Manchester dedicated last night’s triumph in the massive public ballot to his mother Philomena, saying: “This is for you Mum. This is for you.”
