Duff visits grieving family

Teen star Hilary Duff took time out of her Australian tour last week to visit the family of a boy who considered himself to be her number one fans before passing away in October.

The Wake Up singer was so distraught when she discovered eight-year-old William had lost his battle with leukaemia, she was more than happy to visit Sydney's Westmead Children's Hospital to fulfil his dying wish.
