Golden nomination for Knightley

Keira Knightley has been nominated for best actress at this year’s Golden Globes, it was announced today.

The 20-year-old star is in the running for her role as Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice.

She will vie with fellow Brit Judi Dench for the prize of best actress in a musical or comedy.

Dench was nominated for her performance in Mrs Henderson Presents.
