Williams wins gay libel case

Robbie Williams has successfully sued a British newspaper and two magazines over claims he is secretly gay.

The singer has accepted substantial but undisclosed libel damages from The People newspaper and Star and Hotstars magazines after they claimed he deceived the public by having casual homosexual encounters with strangers.
