George Michael laughs off Wham comeback
British pop star George Michael has laughed off rumours of a Wham comeback tour, insisting his former bandmate Andrew Ridgeley would never agree to perform again.
The Too Funky singer and Ridgeley split in 1986 and Michael went onto to launch a successful solo career.
Despite the recent reunions of fellow 80s bands, including Duran Duran and Tears For Fears, Michael insists Wham won't be returning to the stage.
Michael says: "Oh please... there's nothing big planned on that just yet.
"Even if I wanted to do it, Andrew would never do it.
"I'm afraid I can't get into those small tennis shorts anymore."
