Watts thanks yoga for recovery from fall

Hollywood star Naomi Watts was nearly left paralysed after a horrific fall on the New Zealand set of King Kong.

Watts, who plays Ann Darrow in the hotly anticipated remake, fell heavily from a height into a ditch - to the shock of cast and crew.
