Crowe: 'Media hyped hotel assault'

Russell Crowe has hit out at the media hype surrounding his assault on a hotel worker in New York - insisting it's an everyday occurrence in hotels around the world.

The actor was given a conditional discharge by a New York court last week after admitting he threw a telephone at a concierge in June.
