Garbo box set captures the best

To mark the centenary of Greta Garbo’s birth Garbo: The Signature Collection (Warner, €59.99) is releasing six of her classic films — Mata Hari, Anna Karnenina, Ninotchka, Queen Christina, Anna Christie and Camille.

The Sphinx of Hollywood lived life as a recluse following the sudden end of her career, but these films capture a wonderful star in her prime.

A wonderful collection, but it’s a pity the extras are so limited.
