The Darkness slam Queen accusations

British rockers The Darkness have slammed accusations they worked with Queen producer Roy Thomas Baker in a bid to recreate their heroes' sound.

Guitarist Dan Hawkins is adamant he only picked Baker because they became friends following a chance meeting at a Los Angeles party, not because they wanted to steal the Bohemian Rhapsody legends' sound.
